Bulgogi (wörtlich übersetzt: Feuerfleisch) ist ein koreanisches Fleischgericht. Dort gilt es als Festtagsgericht. ----- Bulgogi is a Korean dish that usually consists of marinated barbecued beef, although chicken or pork may also be used. It is one of the most popular dishes in Korea.
